But why stop there?

Encourage the poor nations to establish the conditions for progress.

Encourage the decadent nations to establish the conditions for happiness.

Discourage the tyrants and would-be-tyrants by all necessary means in order to protect all humanity from widespread death and devastation.

Welcome and assist all those who wish to visit, study, work, or become citizens.

This favored land has the wealth and capacity to do all these things.
